NEWS: Tasting Plates, Cooking Classes, and More

Drum roll please….

After a year of waiting, we finally have it: A SIGN!!!

Yes, most businesses get this up before they even open the doors. I guess we were too preoccupied with making great food and hunting incredible mezcals to put our attention on things as ordinary as signage. I will say though, the wait was well worth it!

We’d like to thank the Aztec Empire for contributing it’s fantastic iconography. You’ll find Mayahuel (the Goddess of Agave) in the center, Texkatlipoca “The Smoking Mirror”; the Trickster God) on the left, and Quetzalcoatl (the Feathered Serpent and creator deity) on the right.

Layout and painting was done by the oh–so–talented Jorge Monteverde (who also designed our mezcal menu, and will soon be painting a mural on the patio). Muchisimas gracias, Jorge!

In other news, Noel has been rocking out the cooking classes on a weekly basis. Classes are Wednesday (other days available by request) from 11-2pm. Mezcal, lunch, and the Noel comedy “show” are all included for 800 pesos (discounts for permanent residents of Todos Santos and Pescadero).

Mezcal tastings are available also by request. 500 pesos or 425 for locals. Private groups accepted—just contact us!

Our much–loved tasting plates have returned! Our tasting plates include 3 different mains, along with 2 sides. Get a sample of all of the evening’s offerings in one go: carne, pescado, y vegetariano!

Check our Facebook page to see today’s menu. Don’t forget we’re happy to do kid-friendly dishes, even if it’s not on the menu.

Stay tuned for more announcements (we’ve got plenty of surprises in the works).
