After a lot of hemming and hawing, considering our options for export, Noel and I decided to take a different route and open a mezcaleria in our town instead. Why? Because what we love is sharing our love of mezcal, doing educational tastings, working with mezcaleros, getting to know new people, and offering something to our own community. A mezcal bar is much more suited to this than exporting a brand. And so...

Allow us to introduce El Refugio Mezcaleria! We're located in Todos Santos, BCS - a pueblo magico 1 hour north of Cabo San Lucas. Our Grand Opening is Wednesday, December 7th from 5-10pm. At 5 there will be a traditional Aztec opening ceremony (think Noel in full dance costume), followed by Guerrero-style pozole and our mezcals del pueblo.
