Cooking Class: Tres Salsas

WARNING: If you want to continue contented with jarred salsa, DO NOT join this class!

Yes, salsas are easy to make, but truly great salsas are few and far between. While you might think of it as "just salsa," a great salsa can make a masterpiece out of the humblest of meals. Let Noel Morales teach you the techniques with 3 of his salsas. From there you'll be able to experiment on your own and expand your repertoire.

550 pesos. Reservations required. Please bring your knife and cutting board.
